Aquatics

The top priority of the Rolling River Aquatics Program is to teach water safety skills that will last a lifetime. Each camper swims twice a day at our onsite pool complex, making the Aquatics Program the core of the Rolling River schedule. A team of certified Aquatics Instructors and Lifeguards, led by a 20+ year Aquatics Director, supervises all swimming activities at a facility that has been designed with camper safety and convenience in mind.

All campers receive daily morning group swim instruction that is catered to their age and skill level. Certified Water Safety Instructors run these lessons in accordance with Red Cross Aquatics Guidelines. Our number one goal for non swimmers is to ensure each child becomes water safe. Afternoon free swim is the campers’ time to swim, splash, and play with their friends! If requested, Rolling River also offers private swim lessons before or after camp at an additional cost.

The Rolling River pool complex features 3 state-of-the-art, computer-monitored, heated pools. Each pool is designed to accommodate a different swim level, with water depths that vary from 2-6 feet. The facility also includes poolside changing cabanas, locker rooms, restrooms, and separate gated entrances for each age group ensuring a safer environment.
