The staff, who we affectionately call our Crew, is the most important component in a camper having a successful and fun filled summer. Without a doubt, the richest resource your child will have access to at Rolling River is our passionate, enthusiastic and caring group of individuals. Each year our return rate of counselors is extremely high. This continuity of staff creates an environment that is more organized, as well as enhancing the family atmosphere that is prevalent at Rolling River. As with every activity at Rolling River, safety is the top priority, which is why we personally train our staff so that we can insure your child the best experience possible. During these pre-season training sessions, we work tirelessly to impart our passion for teaching children the life skills they need to succeed in the future.
