Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Due to the shortened nature of the Holiday Camp program, full payment is required at the time of registration. However, you may add additional days later if space is available in your child’s age group.

Since lunch is not provided, campers should bring a packed lunch from home. Holiday Camp is nut-free, so please do not send any foods containing nuts or nut products. Lunches will be refrigerated. Campers may bring their own water bottle or drink, though water is always available on site. Morning and afternoon snacks are included with tuition, so no additional snacks are necessary.

Yes, friend requests are accepted, but they cannot be guaranteed. Groups may be single-gender or co-ed and typically include campers within one to two adjacent grades.

Since Holiday Camp offers flexible scheduling, different campers may attend on different days, which can affect placement. Campers who attend multiple days will remain in the same camp group, though the mix of campers may change from day to day.

There is no nurse on site during Holiday Camp. However, all adult staff members and Supervisors are CPR and First Aid certified, and camp has direct access to a local pediatrician and emergency services if needed.

Whenever possible, we encourage families to administer medication prior to arriving at camp. If a camper visits the office for a medical concern, our staff will document the visit in our medical log, and parents/guardians will be contacted if a camper is sick or needs to go home.

All Holiday Camp activities are included with tuition, so there are no required additional costs. However, we provide a gratuity guide for tipping counselors. Tips are optional and may be given during the week of Holiday Camp.  All tips are distributed to staff on the final day.
