Our 2026 Summer Calendar is packed with trips, theme days, special events, and camp traditions that make every week of the summer exciting. From unforgettable off-camp adventures to camp-wide celebrations like Spirit Week and Color War, campers can look forward to a season full of fun, friendship, and memories that will last long after the summer ends.

One of the most anticipated moments of the summer is Color War. This legendary Rolling River tradition brings campers together for several days of spirited competition, teamwork, and camp pride.

During Color War, campers participate in exciting events including:

• Color War Penny Pickup
• Color War Tug of War
• Apache Relays
• Bucket Brigade
• Rope Burn
• Color War Sing

From athletic competitions to creative performances, Color War is one of the most electric and unforgettable experiences of the entire summer.

Spirit Week Fun

Spirit Week is one of the most energetic weeks of the summer. Campers and staff dress up, show their creativity, and celebrate camp spirit with themed days that bring excitement to every corner of camp.

This year’s Spirit Week themes include:

• National Rock & Roll Day
• Favorite Sports Team Day
• Dr. Seuss Day

It’s a week filled with laughter, costumes, music, and camp pride that campers look forward to all summer long.
