The Rolling River Events division builds upon years of experience coordinating large-scale events at our premiere summer camp. The seasoned team is now bringing their expertise in event organization and execution to private parties.

Children’s Birthday Parties
Our all-inclusive birthday parties are unique in that you can customize your party activities to satisfy your Guest of Honor. Rolling River Party Coordinators offer guidance throughout the process to recommend age-appropriate activities and help make your vision come to life.
Rolling River offers both Basic and Deluxe Party Packages to help guide your party planning process. Our knowledgeable Party Coordinators assist our clients in creating customized experiences within the parameters of each package option. The Basic Package utilizes our meticulous campgrounds to offer selected camp activities to guests. Deluxe Packages combine the camp experience with recommended professional entertainers for an enhanced event. All packages are overseen by a Party Host and additional event staff to ensure proper supervision. Our energetic staff facilitate all aspects of the party while providing fun activities for the guests.
Special Occasion Events
Rolling River offers customized Party Packages to celebrate your next special occasion including baby or bridal showers, 1st birthday parties, sweet 16s, adult birthday parties, holiday parties, communions, baptisms, corporate parties and more. Our Special Occasion parties are ideal for mid-sized parties looking for a relaxed, riverside atmosphere.
Special Occasion Packages allow clients to book one location on our facility to host their event. Clients may select our indoor loft-style Party Room or our outdoor Tented Courtyard. In either space, clients customize their catering and entertainment options. Rolling River Event Coordinators work with clients to handle all aspects of the planning process to ensure the event vision is successfully brought to life. Our Coordinators oversee set up and clean up, staffing, catering, entertainment management, decorations and more so our clients can personally enjoy their event.
Picnics and Rentals
Rolling River is an ideal site for large-scale events including school parties, corporate picnics, and family events. Our 5 acre, private facility offers dozens of recreational activities on meticulous, riverside grounds. The layout of the facility offers plenty of space for simultaneous activities while also allowing guests to interact in an intimate setting.
Rentals are offered from May 1 through October 15. Rolling River is located less than 20 miles from New York City and 1 block from the Long Island Railroad, therefore serving as a convenient location for New York City clients or guests.
The Basic Picnic Package includes 4 hours of unlimited access to Rolling River’s outdoor campgrounds and camp activities for up to 100 guests. Clients may customize their catering options to meet any budget. Enhancements such as swimming, unique shows, professional DJs and more are available upon request. The School Picnic Package is offered weekdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm and includes rotated camp activities, courtyard rental for lunch and an interactive DJ dance party in our loft-style party room for up to 100 students and unlimited adults. Enhancements such as swimming, game shows, inflatables and more are available upon request.
