Meet Your Mateys Day- Camper Orientation: Saturday, June 20
There are just a few weeks left before we set sail for Summer 2015! Meet Your Mateys Day is just around the corner on Saturday, June 20. The full schedule is in the mailing enrolled families received last week with your camper’s group assignment. Below is a list of orientation meeting places and times. We look forward to seeing you there to kick off the summer!
Meeting Locations:
• Skipper groups (2 year olds through Kindergarten): Sea Breeze Theater (Auditorium)
• Mariner Groups (Entering Grades 1-4): Rolling River Coliseum (Hockey Rink)
• Navigator Groups (Entering Grades 5-8): Basketball Court (trip meeting in Multi-Porpoise Room)
• CITs (Entering Grades 9 & 10): Meet with assigned camp group or specialty area
Meeting Times:
• 8:30-10:00 am: G12, G13, G14, G15, B12, B13, and B14
• 9:00-10:00 am: N1, G4, and G5
• 9:30-10:30 am: N2
• 10:00-11:00 am: N3, G7, and G8
• 10:30-11:30 am: N4
• 11:00-12:00 pm: N5, and B7
• 11:30-12:30 pm: N7
• 12:00-1:00 pm: N8, G10, G11, B10, and B11
• 1:00-2:00 pm: N10, B1, B2, B3
• 1:30-2:30 pm: N11
• 2:00-3:00 pm: N14, G1, G2 and G3
• 2:30-3:30 pm: N15
• 3:00-4:00 pm: N16, B4, B5, B6
While you’re at camp you can purchase additional camp shirts and apparel at the Ocean Floor Supply Store- in the Cafeteria of the Main Building. There will be activities under the Main Tent including: refreshments, Private Swim Lesson Sign Ups and Special Apparel Items pickup. There is free parking available behind East Rockaway High School and on the street. Metered parking is available at the south lot of the East Rockaway train station.
