New for 2012- Rolling River Electronic Camp Forms
In our effort to “go green” as well as allow our parents more time and flexibility to complete the necessary camp forms, Rolling River’s forms have been posted electronically on your personalized Camp In-Touch account. Now you can log in to complete camp forms the same way you view camp photos!

Forms are available one of two ways:
- PDF: Parents must download and PRINT this type of form. The form can be completed by hand and either mailed in or dropped off at the camp office by the listed due date.
- ONLINE: Parents complete this type of form electronically through their Camp In-Touch account. The information is completed on the computer and once you click “submit”, the form will be sent to the camp office. You do NOT need to print this type of form.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL FORMS ARE COMPLETED BY THE ASSIGNED DUE DATES. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOUR FORMS HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED AS WE NEAR THE DUE DATE. DUE DATES ARE LISTED ON THE “FORMS CHECKLIST” THAT WAS SENT HOME IN THE MAILING OR POSTED ON THE PARENT’S QUARTER WEBSITE PAGE. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE CHECKLIST.
