Last Friday, Blue DC & White Marvel leaders stormed the basketball court to help Spiderman and Black Widow protect RRDC from evil villains! After, they split the blue & white camp flag to signify the start of our 29th Color War. Throughout the week, each team showed its spirit in activities like tug-of-war, Bucket Brigade, Rope Burn, Penny Pickup in the pool & Apache Relays. Each division also participated in special Color War competitions like Skipper “Clean Up the Garbage” & Scavenger Hunts. Special activities & trips continued this week too. On Monday, some Navigators recorded their 1st performance of “Moana.” On Tuesday, the Navigator division enjoyed a day at the beach while 1st & 2nd graders were treated to a Mad Science show. As we go to press, the Color War winner is still unknown as Color War Sing takes place late this afternoon. Good luck to both teams!!! Check your e-mail and our social media to find out the winner – who will claim the trophy to win Rolling River’s 2021 Color War competition?! Next week, RRDC campers and staff reunite for our last four days. We can’t believe the end is quickly approaching.

We miss you already!
