After they split the Rolling River camp flag to signify the start of our 31st Color War on Friday, our camp was divided into a sea of blue and white. Even some households were separated on different Color War teams, leading to an epic week of showdowns! The energy was electrifying on campus as each team faced off in a daily series of events. Activities included tug-of-war, Bucket Brigade, Rope Burn and a penny pickup in the pool. Each division also participated in special Color War competitions like Skipper “Clean Up the Garbage” , Mariner “Dizzy Izzy” and “Trivia”, Navigator “Egg Toss” and “Musical Chairs” and of course the amazing “Apache Relay”. As we go to press, the Color War winner is still unknown as Color War Sing takes place later this afternoon. Who will claim the trophy to win Rolling River’s 2023 Color War competition?! We can’t believe the end is quickly approaching. We miss you already!
