We had an amazing “Week 2” here at the RIVA! Spirit Week was a blast, and we loved seeing everyone get dressed up and participate each day. This week the temperatures were high, but we stayed cool with so many fun water activities. Swimming, Slip & Sliding, Boating, Skipper Field Splash Zone and the Sandbar Sprinklers kept us all cool. Monday, the CITs had a lunch time Pizza Party with their Supervisors. Tuesday, we all sported our favorite team’s jerseys while showing off our athleticism. Wednesday was Picture Day, and everyone came to camp with their best smiles on. Thursday, we stayed super comfy in our PJs. On Friday, we ended with our annual “Song and Plaque Day”! We were able to tell that everyone worked so hard on their awesome songs and creative plaques. Who knew our RRDC family had so much talent!? We have a super fun week ahead for Week 3, with more Luau Parties, Pizza Parties and special events! It is also “Virtual Visiting Week”, where parents will get to Zoom in during the camp day. “Sea” you next week!
