Ahoy Mateys! What an incredible week it’s been! On Monday, we had a blast splashing in the pools, running on the fields, and kicking at martial arts! Our 3rd and 4th grade girls rocked out to Taylor Swift songs at Spin DJ, while others jumped around at gymnastics. The 3/4 boys had a great time scoring strikes and spares at bowling. Monday night was special with our Kindergarten Parents visiting, and we loved introducing them to all our new friends and counselors. On Tuesday, our Navigator Boys mastered the art of fishing on a boat in Freeport, while our Navigator Girls honed their spy skills at Spyscape in NYC. The CITs had an epic time at I*Smash with rage rooms and splatter paint fun! Wednesday saw our Navigator Campers heading out for two exciting half day trips. Navigator Girls enjoyed Monster Mini Golf, showing off their putting skills, and Navigator Boys had a blast at Long Island Sports Complex. Thursday was bittersweet as we said goodbye to our Half Season 1 friends. We also swapped trips in the Navigator Division as our Navigator Girls casted their rods to learn the art of fishing on a boat in Freeport, while our Navigator Boys became spies at Spyscape in the city. Friday was fantastic as we welcomed our Half Season 2 campers with open arms! It was also one of the most exciting days of camp, our incredible Carnival Day! We took over all our fields and courts with water slides, carnival rides, and even our awesome marriage and friendship booths. We topped it off with a visit from the Kona Ice Truck for snack. Ask your camper what they loved most about Carnival! We can’t wait for another thrilling week starting on Monday!
