Ahoy Mateys! On Monday, the Navigators were treated to an afternoon at the movies to escape the rain, and we began tie-dying our t-shirts at Arts & Crafts. We took over the fields and courts for Intramurals, too. On Tuesday, the Navigators enjoyed a perfect summer day playing on the awesome rides at Rye Playland and the Skippers, 1st and 2nd graders were treated to a special on-campus Face Painting show. On Wednesday, the CITs visited Graff Lab to design their own graffiti art, & we hugged our Half Season 1 friends goodbye. On Thursday, we welcomed our Half Season 2 campers with open arms – we are so happy to “sea” you at camp & share our adventures with you! Also on Thursday, 5th Graders balanced at Gymnastics while the 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Boys took over Puzzle Break LI for an indoor adventure and 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Girls reeled in a great time on their fishing trip before being treated to Ralph’s Ices for Song & Plaque Day awards. Today, we arrived at the RIVA ready for the BEST day of the summer – CARNIVAL! From water rides to a visit from the Kona Ices truck, an amazing time was had by all! Ask your camper what they loved about Carnival!
