This week, groups B6, B7, B9, G2 & G11 had the opportunity to meet Ray and begin their W.A.V.E. journey!
W.A.V.E. stands for:
W – Welcome Curiosity
Campers are encouraged to try new things, ask questions, and explore activities that spark their interests.
A – Act with Kindness
Every small act of kindness makes camp a better place. From helping a friend to sharing a smile, kindness is at the heart of our crew.
V – Value Teamwork
Working together and including everyone helps our groups grow stronger and more connected.
E – Encourage Others
Support, celebrate, and lift each other up. A little encouragement can go a long way.
After discussing the weekly value, each group wrote a pledge or action plan for how they’ll embody that value during their day. Whether it’s helping a friend try the climbing wall, playing fair during gaga, or cheering on a swim buddy, W.A.V.E. Wednesdays encourage campers to lead with positivity and heart.
