Extended Day
Rolling River offers Extended Care programs for families who need childcare outside of regular camp hours.
The standard camp day runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with regular morning drop-off from 8:30–9:10 AM and afternoon pick-up from 4:10–4:25 PM. Families who need additional hours are encouraged to register for Extended Care, which is parent drop-off and pick-up only (no transportation provided). A snack is included for PM Care participants.
Hours:
- AM Care: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM
- PM Care: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Cost:
$10.00 per child, per hour. If a child is not picked up within a reasonable time after 6:00 PM, an additional charge prorated in 15-minute increments will be applied. Gratuities for Extended Care counselors at the end of the summer are optional but appreciated.
Payment Options:
Pre-Payment: Pay in full before the first day of camp to receive a 20% discount. Unused hours are non-refundable.
Weekly Payment: Pay weekly for the total hours used that week (no pre-payment discount). Payment must be made by the end of each week to continue service.
As-Needed Payment: Families may use Extended Care on a day-by-day basis in case of emergencies. Please contact the Camp Office prior to drop-off or pick-up to arrange same-day care.
