For Families in Need of Financial Assistance
Ben Appelbaum Camperships
The Ben Appelbaum Camperships honor the legacy of Ben Appelbaum. Ben was an influential camp owner, director, and advocate for youth development. These awards provide reduced tuition based on verified family income, camper age, and selected program. Recipients are responsible for partial tuition according to the campership amount awarded.

For Families with Ultimate Flexibility
Ultra Flex Camperships
The Ultra Flex Campership Program offers families a discounted tuition rate in exchange for flexible scheduling. Camp dates are assigned by the Camp Director in the spring based on group availability by age and gender. This campership does not include bus transportation. Flex options are available for 15, 20 and 25 days of camp.

- The Laurette “Nanette” Uziel Scholarship honors Director Rhonda Goodman’s mother, a lifelong educator and camp enthusiast who led Rolling River’s Enrichment and Tutoring Program.
- The Marjorie Sherer Scholarship commemorates Rolling River’s original Associate Director and Nursery School Director, awarded to a camper in Nursery through Kindergarten ready to begin their camp journey.
- The JAJ Campership remembers Jonah Richman, Jordan Satin, and Adam Cohen, who heroically lost their lives saving a camp friend. This award is presented to a camper who demonstrates exceptional kindness and compassion toward others.
