The Events Team transforms our scenic campus into a truly memorable, one-of-a-kind birthday destination designed to celebrate your special day. Our unique venue allows hosts to mix and match activities to create a fully customized celebration.
Party Packages
Each party includes two 30-minute camp activities and 30 minutes for pizza and cake, plus five pizzas, paper goods, invitations, favors, and 2–3 event staff handling setup and cleanup. Optional upgrades include extra guests, extended time, catering, décor, photography, or videography. For pricing and availability, email [email protected].

Frequently Asked Questions
Rolling River parties can be designed for any age, from first birthdays to adult celebrations. Activities and setups are customized based on the age of the guests, and our property can be fully transformed to fit any theme or party style.
To reserve your party date and time, a $250 deposit is required and may be paid by cash, check, credit card, or Venmo. An electronically signed contract must also be completed in order to officially hold your reservation.
Once party details are finalized, the remaining balance is due the week prior to the event and must be paid in cash. Gratuities are included in the contract; however, families may provide additional tips at their discretion.
Yes. Cakes (or other desserts) must be provided by the party host. If you would like assistance ordering your cake, our Events Manager can connect you with our designated dessert partner for custom cakes and cupcakes. Refrigeration and freezer space can be provided if needed. Rolling River supplies candles and will cut and serve the cake to your guests.
Yes, alcoholic beverages may be served at your party. However, all alcohol must be served exclusively by our Events Staff, and an additional beverage license fee will apply. Please coordinate all alcohol requests with our Events Manager during the booking process.
No. All food must be ordered through our Events Manager to ensure safe handling and timely delivery. Additional food options may be added when booking, and we offer a wide variety of choices—from catered trays and snack packages to specialty items and food trucks. All upgrades and selections can be reviewed and arranged directly with our Events Manager.
No. Rolling River provides all entertainment vendors to ensure proper insurance coverage, safety compliance, and completed background checks. This policy allows us to maintain a secure, high-quality experience for every event.
No. Party guests must remain within the designated and contracted areas of camp. This ensures proper supervision and safety, as some spaces are closed or unsupervised during events. If you would like to use additional areas or open more of the facility, expanded access can be arranged for an additional fee.
Yes. You may decorate the venue as long as setup can be completed in 15 minutes or less. If your decorations require more time, early facility access must be arranged in advance with the Events Manager and will incur an additional fee.
