A Watefront Venue Unlike Any Other

The Rolling River facility is available for a wide range of uses beyond parties and events. Our unique, 5+ acre riverside campus offers flexible climate-controlled indoor spaces and vast outdoor spaces ideal for photoshoots, film productions, seminars, educational programs, and recreational classes. With year-round staff experienced in the film, advertising, events, and education industries, we work closely with clients to help bring their concepts to life.

Recreational Classes 

Rolling River offers a convenient, flexible venue for school programs, recreational classes, after-school enrichment, and tutoring services. Our staff brings strong backgrounds in education and recreational programming and can assist with program development, structure, and flow, while also handling setup, cleanup, daily cleaning, and ongoing facility maintenance.

As a shared-use space, partners benefit from built-in visibility through the Rolling River brand and network, including access to our community of families. Serving as a modern recreation center at a fraction of the cost of operating a private facility, Rolling River makes it easy, affordable, and impactful to grow meaningful programs.

Film Shoot Location 

Rolling River is an ideal, production-ready location for film, television, commercial shoots, and photoshoots, offering a private campus with exceptional flexibility less than 20 miles from NYC. Our experienced staff understand production timelines and can accommodate complex schedules with ease.

The campus features a wide range of adaptable spaces, onsite parking, designated areas for craft services, access to electricity, nighttime lighting, and ample room for crew and equipment. With minimal disruptions, secure grounds, and easy access by car, train, or plane, Rolling River provides location scouts and production teams with a versatile and stress-free setting for shoots of any scale.

Pricing varies based on several factors, including the space requested, type of use, time of year, project or class duration, and staffing needs. Because our riverside campus is such a unique and versatile location, rentals can range from a single classroom to full use of the entire facility—we can accommodate projects of any size. All rental quotes are fully customized to match the client’s goals and logistics.

Yes. You may rent multiple areas on the property; however, for safety and supervision purposes, access is limited to the facilities listed in your rental contract. Any additional spaces must be arranged in advance and included in the agreement.

Yes. Rolling River is a private venue and must be reserved in advance in order to be rented. The entire campus is fully fenced, and only approved attendees are permitted during a rental. For added safety and protection, the property is also monitored by dozens of security cameras throughout the campus.

Rolling River is located in East Rockaway on the South Shore of Long Island, approximately 25 miles east of New York City. Rolling River is easy to reach by car, train, or plane. Guests may park in our main parking lot or on nearby streets. For public transportation, the LIRR East Rockaway station is just one block south of camp and within walking distance. For those traveling from out of town, JFK Airport is less than 8 miles away and accessible by AirTrain or a short cab/ride share trip.

Email [email protected] to check availability. To reserve your date, a 25% deposit and signed electronic contract are required. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the rental date. Seasonal and single-date rentals are available based on availability.
