If your child is enrolled in a half day camp, campers will go home prior to lunch. If your child is enrolled in a full day sports camp, lunch is not provided and campers should bring a packed lunch from home. Any Sports Camp is nut-free, so please do not send any foods containing nuts or nut products. Campers may bring their own water bottle or drink, though water is always available on site. Morning and afternoon snacks are included with tuition, so no additional snacks are necessary.

Yes, friend requests are accepted, but they cannot be guaranteed. Groups may be single-gender or co-ed and typically include campers within one to two adjacent grades.

There is no nurse on site during any Sports Camp. However, all adult staff members and Supervisors are CPR and First Aid certified, and camp has direct access to a local pediatrician and emergency services if needed.

Whenever possible, we encourage families to administer medication prior to arriving at camp. If a camper visits the office for a medical concern, our staff will document the visit in our medical log, and parents/guardians will be contacted if a camper is sick or needs to go home.

All Sports Camp activities are included with tuition, so there are no required additional costs. However, we provide a gratuity guide for tipping counselors. Tips are optional and may be given during the week of the camp.  All tips are distributed to staff on the final day.
