Ahoy RRDC families!
Ahoy RRDC families! We were thrilled to reunite at the RIVA for four more days of camp this week! On Tuesday, Navigators headed off to Adventureland for a day filled with rides and games. The Mariners and Skippers visited new specialties and activities on campus as it was their first Tuesday at camp. Wednesday was our Picture Day! We all smiled and waved for the camera and showed off our goofy grins with our new camp friends. On Thursday, the 5th graders balanced and bounced at All-American Gymnastics, the older Navigators surfed the waves at Long Beach, and CITs participated in awesome climbing and ziplining courses at Adventure Park. Today, the RIVA was put under a spell when we arrived for MAGIC DAY! The Skippers were awed by Magic Al and his incredible tricks. The Mariners and Navigators experienced “The Extreme Magic of Eric Wilzig”, one of the hottest rising stars in the magic industry. Get ready to dress up next week for our annual “Spirit Week” and Song & Plaque Day! Have a great weekend!
